After Oxana sold my father's house, which another realtor had failed to sell, I was disappointed that I didn't have another one for her to help me with. Oxana helped me find reliable contractors to remodel the second floor and address other issues. She set expectations clearly about the process, she proactively followed up and gave me updates from contractors/realtors, she provided selfless and realistic advice, she helped me overcome multiple "bumps in the road", and she cared about my goals in the process. She was a pleasure to work with throughout it all. Her energy was contagious. And bottom line - she helped me secure an offer on the house within weeks of relisting it and for tens of thousands more than we had originally listed it for. A few times in your life you work with someone you know is going to be incredibly successful because they care about the work they do, the people they work with, and they are self-driven to deliver results and to do it fairly for everyone involved. That's Oxana. I can't recommend her highly enough.
