This was an easy choice for us to go with Ozzie. Very timely and professional. Was willing to work with us and our work schedules. Never once cancelled on us. Very understanding about our wants and needs. He would even help settle differences between my husband and I about size, location and layout. He could always suggest a compromise. He would spend how ever much time we wanted at each house, whether it was two minutes or an hour. I felt comfortable in viewing house with him. I didn't feel pressured to quickly choose one or his influence/suggestions were based on how much commission he was going to receive. Once we selected a home, he was quick to prepare the contract and gave us a chance to review it. He was extremely helpful when it came to scheduling the inspections and contractor to see the house prior to the sale. Overall the communication was strong and any issues Ozzie could handle were addressed quickly. If he didnt have an answer, he was willing to get on the phone that minute to find an answer.
