I remembered Oscar giving me his business card, and when I found myself in the need to move, he was the only person I contacted. Low and behold Karen and Oscar steered me in the right direction. I was undecided between renting and buying, and Oscar provided the data to make a decision by showing me the availability within the parameters that we had previously discussed in detail.
