In 2014 I purchased a rental property and hired Monica to manage it for me. From placing a renter to managing the property upkeep, for 3 years, she performed all her duties in an exemplary manner. In 2016 I decided to sell the property. I listed it with Oscar. As it turns out the property had suffered hail damage to the roof. There were also complications with how the property showed. Oscar expertly guided me through all the necessary steps to get the property sell-able and ultimately selling it in a very timely manner. Both Oscar and Monica were invaluable partners with me during all phases of property ownership and sale.
