The team of Jennifer and Lonnie Orns recently represented us in selling our downtown St. Pete condo. When we saw our listing, we were blown away! The photographer they hired took phenomenal pictures which showcased the beauty and features of the unit. The impressive and professional listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Not only does this team market locally but they reach an extensive international clientele as well. They day the property listed, there were several showings scheduled. Our wonderful condo was purchased with the help of Orns Associates. A nice, professional Real Estate associates’ group and their people, who we asked to do the paperwork and closing of our condo during the Covid-19 crisis. Who being Jennifer Orns from Orns Associates (the listing agent) and Mark Baserap from the KW reality family (selling agent). We bought the place, sight unseen, and although we were blessed with people we knew in St Petersburg to help us with on-sight viewing, we don’t think we would have actually been able to do everything we needed to do without the help of Mark. Again, let us stress, we could not come down because of the Covid pandemic and we relied on Mark and the Orns family to help us close the deal and tell us exactly what we needed to do. They answered the questions we had, worked to get ALL the information on the HOA association, financial statements, and anything else we wanted, or Mark thought of. Mark also worked with our friends in St Petersburg who viewed the property for us, plus helped organize some of our friend’s helpers to come in to do specific inspections. Everything closed at the end of October ’20 without a hitch. We were finally able to come down August ’21 after inoculations; then, waiting period and could not be happier! No surprises, nothing we weren’t prepared for; everything as expected. Very, very, happy, and yes, we happily recommend this Orns Associates and Keller Williams Realtor group family.
I worked with Mark Bacerap and couldn't be happier with the result. We were selling my mother's condo and were not local. Mark helped coordinate the entire process including extensive staging. The marketing was excellent, including some of the best drone footage I've seen. It really highlighted the view, location and positive aspects of the property.
