This is the second time I utilize Omar as my realtor. My situation for the sale of my home required precise timing and speed, along with advanced negotiations - it was a dual transaction where we had to sell 1 day before closing on my purchase and was extremely complex. Within one week, Omar arranged the listing, organized all of the offers and presented them along with their qualifications; we chose the most qualified and proceeded with the sale. The value wasn’t getting the offer, the value Omar brought to the table was the expert negotiations- and when I say expert, I mean specifically that once the sale completed, the buyers agent told me on the side that she has never dealt with someone who can negotiate like Omar - she was so “impressed” with Omar’s negotiations that when the buyers would speak with her about trying to nickel and dime after inspection, she would attempt to reason with them before bringing any concerns to Omar, knowing that she would have to bring her A-game to Omar, and even then, he would find a way for the sellers he represented to be satisfied. Omar was a good realtor 4 years ago when I first used him. Today, Omar is an EXCELLENT realtor.
