This review may be a little different as I am Omar´s fiancé and he was the realtor for our new home. However, I would like to rate his work because I put him to WORK :0) let’s s start. I am probably the most indecisive, picky, demanding, all over the place person he was ever worked with. I knew I wanted a home but I didn’t know where, how or when. Omar took the lead on EVERYTHING. Making this lifetime investment and transaction as smooth as it can be. He got an idea of what I thought I wanted after asking me a series of questions over and over. When he would set up showings for what I had requested I changed my mind, poor guy lol. After making him show me over 30 properties ( I’m glad he enjoys showing and finding new places ). He made me understand to look at this transaction with another set of eyes. If I wanted the “perfect home” it would be at an “imperfect” price point. As a first time home buyer it could be a bitter sweet pill to swallow but is a reality we have to face to not get our feelings hurt. He made me understand what is truly most important, location, value, potential and most importantly securing an investment. He was on top of every detail, he is extremely passionate and organized. Every question I had he had an answer for and made it more simple to make the final decision. He has such an extremely honorable and strong work ethic I admire so much. Thanks to all this we finally have a beautiful place we can call home. Thank you for everything you do everyday you are the real MVP.

He is a people person which goes a long way when dealing with all the questions one has during any real estate transaction.
