We have engaged Pia for the purchase and sale of two properties since Oct, 2022. On both occasions, everything was seamless and handled in an extremely professional manner. Pia listened to everything we had to say and made suggestions where appropriate. Her knowledge of the market is awesome. For the sale of one property, it was done in within 3 days with five outstanding offers on the table. It doesn’t get any better than that!!! Thank you Pia for being our lifetime realtor and happily, our friend. If anyone is in need of an outstanding realtor that will meet your every need, you MUST call Pia-you won’t regret it. She is such a phenomenal person to work with!

Pia is a sweet person but is a bulldog for getting thinks done. Just what you need when selling or buying. She is on top of everything! She communicates quickly with you through the entire process. She understands the real estate market. And she has referrals to any trades person you might need. We’ve bought and sold a lot of houses over the years but we’ve never met anyone that was friendlier or more professional than Pia. She made the entire process enjoyable. Amazing!

Pia was so helpful with the recent sale of my house. It was an incredibly busy time in my life and Pia took care of everything and made it so much less stressful! I cannot emphasize enough how smoothly everything went, thanks to her. She is good-natured and incredibly easy to work with. I would highly recommend her.

We decided to sell our house and move back to Kansas City and wanted to accomplish this before Thanksgiving. With 2 buyers pulling out, Pia was able to close a deal with our time table in mind. Pia is by far the most savvy and personable realtor we know. We would highly recommend her.
