Oliver, aka OJ, is a great agent! He is very responsive to texts/calls and advocates for you. He always made time to guide us through house tours. He works in line with your schedule! When we finally settled on the house we wanted, he was able to lower the cost and have appliances included upon purchase of the house. He made this whole process so much simpler and less stressful.
