100% RECOMMEND!

Great Realtor! Hire her today! We listed our house on a Friday, after a busy weekend we had an offer for asking price! We also had a unique situation, but I have to mention that Olive fought for us when 7 days before closing the buyer wanted to extend a week to get a better rate! Olive guided us and patiently explained every detail very eloquently on a non-realtor level with all the ins and outs so we could make the best and logical choice each step of the way and we ended up closing above asking price!!! Great commutator, great seller, great personality, I recommend!

Thank you so much! My wish is always to exceed my clients expectations. No matter the situation I want to always bring Olive to the front be it as a realtor or in setting that hat aside for a minute. I am ever grateful that I was able to be what you needed! Blessings in your next chapter.
