Buying a house can be stressful and with many challenges.We are so glad that we asked Oliva Escutia to be our realtor. She made all the worries disappear. She was professional, friendly and always answered our questions. Believe me,I had plenty of questions! There were times I had to send a text message after hours. All the phone calls and text messages were always answered, which I really liked! Her market knowledge was excellent, she would always send us updated homes for sale and always was there on time to show us the homes we were interested in seeing. We were impressed by Oliva’s negotiating skills. She managed to get us a $2,500 Refund/Credit from the seller because of minor discrepancies during our initial home inspection. She was there for us all through the home buying process until closing. Experience matters and this is what Oliva had plenty of. Thanks to Oliva who went above and beyond to make our home buying process smooth, stress free and successful, we were successful in buying our dream house in West Chicago.I think I made a friend for life.
