First time home buyer! Oktay is a true blessing! I met Oktay almost 12 years ago, I was a part-time home health aide and going to school. I was going through the usual young people issues, lol After several houses, he just had a one on one with me, like a big brother. After college, his number did not change! And he was happy to work with me! I had many barriers; Oktay never judged me. When I would get anxious, he would just stop and tell me to talk to him like a friend, and we would start over. There is no one word to describe Oktay; he is caring, patient, kind, honest, reliable, supportive, and easy to speak with... Oktay sold my old house and helped us buy our current home. I've known Oktay as a good buddy for many years. I was hesitant to use a friend, but he was great. A class act, a calm voice of reason. He'll tell you what he thinks, but won't pressure you to do anything. I've worked with other realtors in the past and had to battle with them on price, etc. Oktay wasn't like that at all. I've recommended him to friends and I'd use him again in a heartbeat. He also has a "guy" for everyone. Damage to the house you're selling from a storm? No problem, he'll have a guy out there today. Painters, A/V installation, concrete, roof...whatever you need, he has a guy better than you're probably using. Amazing. Meetings over beers or lunch were also common (always on him). Just a good, trustworthy agent, what else can I say.
