First time home buyer! Oktay is a true blessing! I met Oktay almost 12 years ago, I was a part-time home health aide and going to school. I was going through the usual young people issues, lol After several houses, he just had a one on one with me, like a big brother. After college, his number did not change! And he was happy to work with me! I had many barriers; Oktay never judged me. When I would get anxious, he would just stop and tell me to talk to him like a friend, and we would start over. There is no one word to describe Oktay; he is caring, patient, kind, honest, reliable, supportive, and easy to speak with... He is very knowledgeable (especially when it comes to roofing, basment, mechanics ect!) Always trying to stear you in the right direction...Oktay is just a true blessing. Oktay worked hard.
