If you have never purchased a house before, I am sure you have heard that it is a daunting operation. OB Juncal listened to our desires and helped us find what we shall now call our home. He went beyond, what I would say was required from a realtor’s normal job, and it seemed to become a very personal endeavor for him to make sure we were aware of everything and comfortable with the purchase once we settled on a place. We used his recommendation for Caliber Home Loans – Brandon Fenter, who also worked as hard as OB did. His guidance thru the whole process, was very honest and clear and I cannot say enough about what they did for us but to prove the point… we wish he, and his family to be my family’s first dinner guests in our new home.
