If you have never purchased a house before, I am sure you have heard that it is a daunting operation. OB Juncal listened to our desires and helped us find what we shall now call our home. He went beyond, what I would say was required from a realtor’s normal job, and it seemed to become a very personal endeavor for him to make sure we were aware of everything and comfortable with the purchase once we settled on a place. My wife and I decided to purchase our first house. After reading some great reviews from other buyers on OB, we sent a message to him. He responded within the hour to our request. The whole process of searching for and buying our first house was about as smooth as we could have hoped for.
