This is my second time working with Nycholl and she made the process very simple. We had a 45 day deadline to identify a house and close. With her hard work, we were able to get it done in 30 days. She’s always very kind and responsive and attentive throughout the process and I would recommend her as a realtor to others.
Ive told her before ,but I didn't know what a realtor was until I worked with her
Throughout the entire process, from the sourcing agents to after closing, Nycholl has always been communicative. She covers a large part of the region, but was always able to work with our schedule to view houses. While viewing houses and even during final walk through, she was very attentive to detail pointing out things we didn’t notice. As a military spouse, she gets what we are going through and is knowledgeable about the VA loan process. . If you’re in NOLA or getting ready to PCS, Nycholl is the right choice!
We are a military family and desperately needed to sell quickly to PCS out of state. After an extremely slow start with another agent, we turned to Nycholl to help us get our property sold. We had an offer within a couple days and Nycholl helped us through a tedious inspection. We highly recommend Nycholl if you are looking to sell or buy!
NYCHOLL has 39 properties for sale and sold 34 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
