There were instances in which I was stuck and indecisive, and Nubia would unhesitatingly come to my rescue with the best advice. I felt protected by her guidance every step of the process, she made herself available 24/7 to answer any questions and help me up until my closing day, making sure everything ran smoothly. What I admire the most about her is her work ethic, commitment and her willingness to truly be supportive and help people find the best home without ever pressuring a sale, she always had the best attitude and such a bright personality that I miss not calling her now!
