Nubia was an excellent realtor and had a lot of experience. Nubia was very dedicated to her job, and she would be happy to show you all the homes. I had a good shopping experience with her. She was very patient and understanding of my needs. I looked at different places. I was not sure about the location, as it was a little far from my work, but we decided to check homes in that area. At that time, the home was the highest price in that complex; but I still put in an offer and the rest is history. I was glad Nubia was my real estate agent. I have no words to express my gratitude to find my residence. I am very thankful for it. On the other hand, I disagree with the seller’s opinion. I almost gave up on buying the house because the seller was not very communicative, he wanted his way, and he would take a long time to reply to simple questions. It seemed that the seller did not want to sell the house. There are more things that I can go on, however, I would prefer to leave there.
