I first met Jane Hollansworth several years ago when we were looking for properties. We had been coming to Hot Springs Village since 1982, and in the 90s, started looking for a house. We worked with one realtor for several years but then she just went away. We had seen several listings by Jane and she did show us some beautiful homes. Around 2010, we met Darla Hollansworth, and she and I connected immediately. We had the same faith and values and soon we became fast friends in addition to her being our realtor. I believe it was in July, 2014 that we came back to the village and had set up 21 homes that we wanted to see. While driving around that morning before we were to meet Darla, we came across a beautiful home on Lake Balboa. This house was the last one we saw on our first day and we fell in love with it.
