Jane Hollansworth helped my husband and I buy our first home. We had no clue what we were doing. Jane and her team were amazing. We had picked out a hand full of homes we wanted to look at and Jane took us to everyone. She did not rush us throw any of the homes and she listened to all my concerns I had for each home. At the end of the day we wanted to look at the first home we had looked at that morning and she took us back to that home. She let us relook at the home by ourselves while she waited outside. We decided to go eat dinner and go over all the pro’s and con’s for each home we had looked at and we decided the first home was the home for us. We went back to Jane’s office and told her which home we decided to go with. Jane walked us through every step and her and her team responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Jane arranged for professional photos, listed the house and it was sold in 11 days. Despite some issues with the purchaser's lender Jane kept on top of it and we closed on 12/3/2018. Great job. In the matter of purchasing the new house, Jane and her team were a great helpp. WHen required repairs were not finished in time for the planned close, they postponed the close date, got the repairs sorted and then closed smoothly a couple of weeks later.
