We recently worked with Tracey on a piece of property that had been owned for over 10 years. We incurred many weather delays as we tried to build a new home and list at the same time. We found a buyer immediately thanks to Tracey's listing. Over the course of the next 6 months,; we had to extend settlement several times due to contractors, weather delays, etc...
