Tracey was a great communicator, from our first interview, right through the entire process. She explained why she wanted to price our home a certain way, and was gracious enough to adjust her price after our input.She gave tips on how to set up our home, and what things we did not need to worry about. We agreed on a time to put our house on the market, but Tracey also recommended that we do a 'coming soon' post before we showed the house. As a result our home sold for $30,000 over asking price and we also got a rent back for two months. AND we never had to show he home. The offer came in after the 'coming soon' was seen online. Closing was easy and the rent back, which can often lead to issues, did have a few problems but Tracey handled them all. Overall I am a worrier. And Tracey kept me updated and as relaxed as possible throughout the sale. I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone looking for a top notch realtor. Tracey was very responsive as our agent, and followed up on our questions and concerns. She also specifically (and wisely) pushed the buyer of our home to go through a walk-through of our home after our rent back period, and photographed everything. This provided documentation when our buyer maintained that we did not meet the terms of the contract and that water was on the floor in the basement. That was not the case, and upon review of the documentation that Tracey provided we were able to get our full escrow back. So thankful for her experience and support!
