Norman Schlemmer went above and beyond what was expected. He walked through before putting the sign in the front yard and made a list of things that needed repair and had his people come in to make the repairs at a reasonable price. Then when the home inspector gave us his list, Norman met with us and guided us through what needed repair. Again Norman had his men to do the needed repairs. He went to bat for us to get the best deal possible and worked with the other realtor to make it happen!
