It was a pleasure to work with Norman on selling our house. Norman is the best realtor we have worked with. He is a true professional. I will recommend Norman and ARC to anyone who is selling their Home.
This was my first experience selling a home alone as my late husband always handled the details. Norman simply made selling my home very smooth. He was on top of all aspects, including working on an offer that was above expectations. He coordinated repairs, managed the myriad forms, and fielded my 101+ questions about the process. He kept me in the loop so I always felt like I had the latest information. And on closing day, he reassured me which helped me calm my fears. I would have no problem at all recommending Norman. And, if I move again, will definitely turn to him for his quiet professionalism.
We could not be happier with the way Norman Schlemmer handled the sale of my mother's home. Due to it being a complicated family issue, it was a long process and he stuck by us every step of the way. If he did not know the answer to a question, he put us in touch with someone who could help. His professionalism, patience and wisdom were tremendous assets and a great testimony to the company. Most of all, he was humble and made sure to give glory to God when everything worked out. It was heartwarming to see someone enjoying his calling.

"NORMAN SCHLEMMER IS THE BEST" I know because he has helped my family and me when we were thinking about selling or buying homes/business based on what he suggested and about the market, financial matters, etc. It was comforting to us to know what Norman thought about a particular sell/buy. No doubt, our following him has saved money for us. We have saved time & learned how the next best step is coming up, etc for what we plan to do at given times. Norman knows about it all and does stay available for us to call him, etc. Sometime in my life, I see family, friends, and others listing to learn their own selves. Once we get a sell or get into buying, Norman keeps in touch with me and will keep doing with me until we sell it or buy it. I'm sure the workers in realty in ARC they do it well.
Nothing is more important to me than trust when navigating a property sale. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to call Norman Schlemmer at Arc Realty. He was patient, competent and professional. You’ll never have a better friend.
Great guy and great realtor. I would recommend him to anyone.
Outstandingly Excellent. Norm is Always friendly, informative, professional, in attitude and knowledge. Provided excellent input through the journey of gathering the right data and the preparation of house for listing and selling the home. Listed in the morning and sold on that afternoon. A miracle maker for sure.
It was an absolute please working with Norm. He listened to what we wanted and respected every aspect. Our home sold within a month. He handled everything. It was the smoothest closing I have ever had. Thank you Norm!
Norman was great from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way and made the process of selling our home easy as can be. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone!
Norman is a gem. Extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. He was willing to go above and beyond for my husband and I showing various homes. He willingly gave us names of various people we could use for mortgage, painting , etc. I would highly recommend him.
