She provided very good suggestions on what was needed to make our home most marketable, we followed her advice and sold it very quickly at a price we were very happy with. And she accomplished it during the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas which is not the best time to be trying to sell a home.

I met Norma at an open house in Winter Park for which I arrived exactly 1 minute before it ended. Norma greeted me and we spoke about the home. The conversation changed once we found out from the seller that they had an offer. At that time, we sat down and spoke about what I was looking for, timeline and price point. On the same afternoon, Norma found a couple of other properties for me to view, which I did. It was an instant connection, because she heard what I needed and did not dismiss me as other realtors have done. Through further conversation we found out that we were born on the same day. We got under contract on a property; however, once the inspection was completed and Norma learned of it, she knew that it would not work and proceeding to help us find another property. Which we did within 1 day. Funny thing is that I have been looking at this property for 6 months. Because Norma made sure that I was approved by the bank, we were able to get under contract with this new property within 2 days and closed in within 21 days. Norma is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and most importantly caring. Her focus is on her clients and she moved mountains to protect me and my son through this process. Norma has become part of our family. Integrity and passion is key. Norma made my dream of homeownership become a reality. We love her. She is my son's favorite.
