Noreen also takes the time to connect you with lenders, so that you can get your finances in order and get pre-approved for your loan, if needed. She and your lender can work together to make sure you go from offer to close in the smoothest way possible. Noreen is there even after you close your purchase. She likes to keep in touch and make sure that you are truly satisfied with your home as well as the service she provided. She will be there down the road as well, when and if you need her services again. Our family thinks of Noreen not just as our realtor for life, but as a family friend. She has been with us through several home purchases and sales and we value her highly.
