Noreen Towers takes the time to get to know her clients. She finds out what you are looking for, what you can afford, and where you want to live and then makes every effort to find and show you the properties as they come up on her radar. She will show you as many properties as you wish to find the one you truly want. When we first saw our house come up on the market and were thinking about looking into it, she called us before we could even call her. She knew, from past experience, that this would be a property that we would be interested in. Noreen is very thorough in her research of the property making sure that all inspections are completed. She uses this data to be a tough but fair negotiator when writing your offer and getting you the best price possible. Noreen also takes the time to connect you with lenders, so that you can get your finances in order and get pre-approved for your loan, if needed. She and your lender can work together to make sure you go from offer to close in the smoothest way possible. Noreen is there even after you close your purchase. She likes to keep in touch and make sure that you are truly satisfied with your home as well as the service she provided. She will be there down the road as well, when and if you need her services again. Our family thinks of Noreen not just as our realtor for life, but as a family friend. She has been with us through several home purchases and sales and we value her highly.

Not only is Noreen an agent, she is a fighter. She is 100% honest and makes sure that her clients are protected and happy the whole process. We had some difficulties both buying and selling our home (trouble with lenders not Noreen), but Noreen went above and beyond to make sure everything worked.

She was proactive, in constant communication, and amazingly lovely on top of that. She even encouraged some of her other clients to consider my business for some of their family needs.
