Rossmoor expert!

Nora helped my elderly parents find the perfect home at Rossmoor, in record time. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the different floor plans and was able to quickly steer them towards the right model to meet their needs. We also loved the fact that she was honest in her feedback as we considered different units. For example she warned us that the angle of the windows in one unit would make the unit hot bc the strong sun exposure - as a result we felt confident that we understood the all the pros and cons before making an offer. Throughout the process, Nora was the consummate professional, resolving issues and keeping the close moving. Even after the close, she stayed in contact to help my parents settle in post-move. I especially appreciated her patience with my hard of hearing father. Thank you, Nora for everything!!
