I moved to Fl and left Nora and Pieter to list my NJ house. They got and offer at the ask price within days of listing. Buyer had issues though and it took a ridiculous amount of time to close. During that time Pieter and Nora took care of all of the issues since I was out of state and went above and beyond to make sure we met the dates needed and were ready to close as fast as possible.
Working with Nora was great! She works very hard at getting you into the houses that you want to see. She is very responsive and works hard even after regular business hours. She helped us through the entire process from start to finish, including showing us numerous homes, assisting in the home inspection, negotiating the purchase of furniture from the seller and completing the final walkthrough. I would highly recommend her as a realtor and couldn't have done it so easily without her knowledge and expertise!
If I could give Nora Malan 10 stars I would! Nora is a knowledgeable, professional agent who advocates for her client and gets the job done. Nora is always accessible, gives sound and practical advice, and will reassure and guide you through the real estate process. She's personable, has a great sense of humor and keeps you grounded. Her husband, Pete, has a construction background which brings added value to the relationship. I would recommend Nora and Pete without hesitation.
Nora was our buyer agent when we purchased the 2-family house in Roselle Park some 8 years ago, and our seller agent when we sold the same property this year.
