Nora and Pieter helped us buy our home. As first time buyers we did not have any experience with real estate, they listened to all of our requirements and discussed what was attainable with our requirements and then find the perfect place. They are knowledgeable about all things real estate and renovation/construction which helped us determine what to prioritize, assess underlying issues that we would have missed and projects/homes to stay away from. They showed us many homes and did not try to push us to buy, and even advised us when they thought a house was not a good buy. We would definitely recommend them to others!

Firstly, Nora and Pieter are wonderful, friendly people to deal with. Pieter has extensive construction knowledge due his background and can answer your construction type questions when looking at homes. This is super helpful especially when looking at older homes. Our process of finding a home took a month or so due to the horrible market but they stuck with us every step of the way and answered all our silly questions that we had a first time buyers. They don't make you feel stupid for asking what are probably stupid questions either, which we appreciated.
