Nora and Pieter helped us buy our home. As first time buyers we did not have any experience with real estate, they listened to all of our requirements and discussed what was attainable with our requirements and then find the perfect place. They are knowledgeable about all things real estate and renovation/construction which helped us determine what to prioritize, assess underlying issues that we would have missed and projects/homes to stay away from. They showed us many homes and did not try to push us to buy, and even advised us when they thought a house was not a good buy. We would definitely recommend them to others!

Firstly, Nora and Pieter are wonderful, friendly people to deal with. Nora came highly recommended from another real estate agent that I know, that doesn't work in our area and we highly recommend them as well! They are highly knowledgeable in just about everything and will have your back in any situation you may find yourself in. Pieter has extensive construction knowledge due his background and can answer your construction type questions when looking at homes. This is super helpful especially when looking at older homes. Our process of finding a home took a month or so due to the horrible market but they stuck with us every step of the way and answered all our silly questions that we had a first time buyers. They don't make you feel stupid for asking what are probably stupid questions either, which we appreciated. They have great people they can connect you with and recommend for your other house needs as well! We are now in our new home and so thankful for Nora and Pieter. Thank you! ??
Nora and Pete really treated us like their own family! We were taken care of so well! Both have so much knowledge and it was really comforting for such a intense process. We were able to get our first offer accepted with their advice and found the house of our dreams. They also helped with making sure all the certificate of occupancies were in order and provided all the aid we needed to make sure the process was smooth. They really went above and beyond.

I moved to Fl and left Nora and Pieter to list my NJ house. They got and offer at the ask price within days of listing. Buyer had issues though and it took a ridiculous amount of time to close.
