When I first met with Nora and Jessica they were fully prepared with knowledge about the area and my mother's home and were ready to go. We quickly agreed on a plan to move forward, and they were very good about making everything go smoothly. Throughout the process they were very patient even when I was missing paperwork on my end, and they were knowledgeable and helpful in getting that taken care of. Also, because I had already emptied the home, they highly recommended staging the home. Well, it turned out beautiful and the best part was that it was included as part of the deal.
