I can’t begin to describe how amazing Nora has been, helping us as first time home buyers. She took the time get to know our needs and budget and treated us as if we were looking for a million dollar home even though our budget wasn’t. She explained what and what not to look for, red flags, and genuinely cared about our wants and needs. When we couldn’t get a proper broker based on our financial situation, she provided additional resources/broker that helped us close on our property. She was also willing to travel outside of Des Moines to help us look in the surrounding areas. 10/10

When I first met with Nora and Jessica they were fully prepared with knowledge about the area and my mother's home and were ready to go. We quickly agreed on a plan to move forward, and they were very good about making everything go smoothly. Throughout the process they were very patient even when I was missing paperwork on my end, and they were knowledgeable and helpful in getting that taken care of. Also, because I had already emptied the home, they highly recommended staging the home. Well, it turned out beautiful and the best part was that it was included as part of the deal.
