Nora has the best combination of attributes including being sharp, on top of things promptly and thoroughly, with a wide base of experience and knowledge, while being friendly, kind, and a good listener in what can be a stressful time and a potentially rocky emotional ride as a home seller. In the middle of the process when I began to question my choice to sell, she supported me in whatever I chose to do. When I needed a favor and asked her be at the house for a water meter replacement (I had moved out of state) she arranged her schedule to accommodate being there for the two hour timeframe. I believe Nora genuinely cared for me. I struggled through tears a few times and she was truly kind and supportive. Her communication was top notch and I was never left wondering about anything. It was an excellent experience working with Nora. She made it easy and I knew the whole process was in good hands.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing Nora has been, helping us as first time home buyers. She took the time get to know our needs and budget and treated us as if we were looking for a million dollar home even though our budget wasn’t. When I first met with Nora and Jessica they were fully prepared with knowledge about the area and my mother's home and were ready to go. We quickly agreed on a plan to move forward, and they were very good about making everything go smoothly. Throughout the process they were very patient even when I was missing paperwork on my end, and they were knowledgeable and helpful in getting that taken care of. Also, because I had already emptied the home, they highly recommended staging the home. Well, it turned out beautiful and the best part was that it was included as part of the deal.
