Nora has the best combination of attributes including being sharp, on top of things promptly and thoroughly, with a wide base of experience and knowledge, while being friendly, kind, and a good listener in what can be a stressful time and a potentially rocky emotional ride as a home seller. In the middle of the process when I began to question my choice to sell, she supported me in whatever I chose to do. When I needed a favor and asked her be at the house for a water meter replacement (I had moved out of state) she arranged her schedule to accommodate being there for the two hour timeframe. I believe Nora genuinely cared for me. I struggled through tears a few times and she was truly kind and supportive. Her communication was top notch and I was never left wondering about anything. It was an excellent experience working with Nora. She made it easy and I knew the whole process was in good hands.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing Nora has been, helping us as first time home buyers. She took the time get to know our needs and budget and treated us as if we were looking for a million dollar home even though our budget wasn’t. She explained what and what not to look for, red flags, and genuinely cared about our wants and needs. When we couldn’t get a proper broker based on our financial situation, she provided additional resources/broker that helped us close on our property. From start to finish Nora was there the whole step of the way. I had very solid yay and nays for what I was looking for and Nora never pushed for the anything I didn't feel comfortable with. It was my first home purchase with a loan and Nora made sure I understood everything and all my t were crossed and i's dotted.
