Nona Hodnett

This was my first ever home I’ve ever bought and Nona’s knowledge of the market in Blairsville , Young Harris, and the surrounding areas was essential in my quest. My boyfriend, Ron and I were helped in every step of the process as we were guided by Nona’s expertise. She said there would be ups and downs, but we would find what we wanted and after several months it all fell into place. We have not found a house, we’ve found a home and Ron and I couldn’t be happier.

Nona and team were wonderful to work with. She was experienced with the market, and used research to support suggestions. Nona graciously answered my numerous questions and wonders. She was beyond professional helping me with the long distance sale and getting tasks completed in order to get the home on the market, stuff moved, and sale closed.

Nona helped us search for property in the area and once we made our decision, kept in constant communication with us throughout the purchase process. She answered all our questions and even put us in touch with local contacts for any other concerns we had. So warm & personable. She made the process a breeze for us even once we had to return to our home state.

Nona was an excellent advocate for us throughout the home buying process. She kept us informed and walked us through the whole thing. She was easy to work with and always answered all of our questions when we called.

Everything was handled very well. Nona knows the market & did a great job with our home. I think as very pleased with her work and knowledge.
