Nolan Finn

My husband and I were looking to purchase our first rental property. We live out of town, so we needed someone who could recommend good areas for a rental property and do a lot of the in person leg work as we would not be able to visit in person often. Nolan was the perfect person! Nolan went the extra mile every step of the way. Nolan had great knowledge of multiple neighborhoods in the greater St. Pete area. Nolan toured multiple properties while FaceTiming my husband and I due us being out of the state. In addition, Nolan was very helpful throughout the buying process and walked us through all necessary documents. My husband and I did not see the property in person until after making an offer. We felt comfortable doing so because of Nolan and the level of attention and effort he put into our search. We will definitely be using Nolan again and highly recommend him!

Nolan orchestrated as if this move was a symphony. It was smooth, enjoyable and we all left with happy hearts. My family, 3 of us, sisters, all purchased seperate homes in different cities and he handled everything. Including new towels and rugs in my master bath. What a gift he has been to our family.

Nolan goes above and beyond to give his client the best of the best. He is considerate of one's wants and needs. He is an amazing asset to the real estate industry. He has represented my family 4 times. There is not another person as compassionate about their job like Nolan Finn.

From the moment i told him i wanted to sell my house Nolan gave 150% to help me sell my. Dealing with the Pandemic made it a lot more difficult but he stuck with it until the day of closing. I know how much of a pain in the a** i was sometimes but keot working with me. I'd recommend him to anybody looking to sell.

Since I have known Nolan for a few years, he was my only choice to sell my house. He is a neighbor and friend. Nolan went above and beyond to help ready my house for sale as I live 2 hours north. He helped schedule any work that needed to be done; inspections and property maintenance. He is truly one of a kind! Could never find anyone as great as Nolan! You are lucky to have someone as awesome as Nolan!

The sellers of our new property was impossible to deal with. They only communicated to Nolan by emails and were slow to do that. Much respect to him for his patience. The buyers agent of our home seem to be hard to deal with also. But Nolan made it as smooth as he could for us. He was a great buffer.
