Nola was wonderful. New to Colorado and Denver, we needed assistance better understanding the various neighborhoods and what may be available according to our budget and preferences. Nola took us on market tours of different neighborhoods and pointed out features that might be of interest to us. She also was very patient when I reconsidered the criteria I originally stated and ended up putting in offers and purchasing a home in a location that was not on the radar, originally. I'd highly recommend Nola to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

Nola did a great job walking me through my first home buying process. She was responsive and quick to answer all of my questions and put me at ease with the process using her wealth of knowledge and kind demeanor. She knew the market well and and had plenty of good insights about the particular neighborhoods I was interested in. I would happily recommend her to friends.
