Madison Flat Fee Homes sold 2 4-unit rental properties for me. They took good photos of the properties and marketed them through the MLS. We had an excellent response for both properties in terms of immediate interest and scheduled showings. Both properties sold within the first week with excellent offers (above ask). Madison Flat Fee did a good job communicating with me throughout the process (both through phone and email). It was easy to take care of all signings electronically and the process was very smooth, especially given the challenges COVID could have imposed. I used to own my own realty company and was blown away with the customer service I received for only $1,000, you get way more than you pay for.
