When my fiancé and I were ready to sell our house, we reached out to a realtor who then gave us a long list of (expensive) things we needed to fix before putting our house on the market. They also recommend we waited a few months until an “optimal time.” We wanted a difference in opinion, and one year earlier my parents sold their house with Noelle and couldn’t stop raving about her, so we gave her a call. Noelle took a look at our house and immediately told us that none of those things that needed fixing mattered and to put the house on the market immediately. A couple days later, she took pictures and within 24 hours, it was on the market (for a higher listing price than what the other realtor recommended). Less than one week later, we accepted an offer. I whole heartedly think that if we went with what we were originally told, we would not be in the position we are today. Noelle’s communication, input and listing advice took a lot of pressure off what would normally be a rather stressful time. She was always one step ahead, with a kind hearted, knowledgeable, professional, responsive attitude. We just closed a few days ago and could not be happier with this entire process! Noelle was very professional, however when an offer on our home came to us from buyer’s agent it came in an email. We did not see the email until the offer expired, thus the agent and buyer were upset because we did not respond in time. Our agent should’ve called us to let us know we had an offer on the table. This is a general practice by other agents.
