We bought our 1st property with Noel in November 2010 but after 5 years our family grew and we decided to buy a new and bigger home. He listed our property and it was under contract in only 2 days . At the same time we started looking for a new home. We closed both deals just on time.. both the sale and the new purchase. We loved working with him. He is awesome, very patient and also veery knowledgeable. Highly recommended to everyone.
