Helped in a very challenging situation
Nina went out of her way to support me in a tough situation—I was unexpectedly looking for a new home because my spouse recently became quadriplegic. Finding a home that met all of our unique needs was challenging, but Nina was up for it. She researched accessibility issues, made a cut out of his wheelchair, met with accessibility contractors, and just generally went above and beyond for us during a very stressful adjustment. She was simply wonderful, and consistently showed genuine concern for our family. I can’t imagine having gone through this without her, and am beyond happy with our new home. I hope am so glad someone pointed me her way.
