I am very happy with the job Nik did selling my townhome. He staged it beautifully, kept in close contact with me (I had already moved out of state), priced it very well, provided suggestions for improvements and helped me achieve those improvements through suggested resources and sold the home in record time for a great price. In fact, he made the sale during Christmas week, a time that is difficult for selling a home! He dealt with some errors on the part of the settlement attorney's staff (settlement company was determined by buyer) and did several small and large things to help me out while I was out town. He even mailed me package(s) that were mailed in error to my MD address! In addition, he knew the community inside and out and was able to expertly represent it to potential buyers. Also, he sold my daughter's condo in record time and at a good price despite her concerns that it would be difficult to sell. I can't say enough good things about Nik. He is a great realtor , an outstanding communicator, shows that he cares and is honest to a fault. I highly recommend him!
