Highly recommend choosing Nik as your realtor! We worked with Nik to sell and buy simultaneously--a stressful situation in theory, but one that ended up working out almost perfectly! Nik used to live in the same community where I was selling. I chose him for that familiarity, and I'm glad that I did! Nik knows the market incredibly well, and he was able to balance his knowledge of real estate with what we wanted in a new home. He was always honest and frank--I felt confident that he was looking out for our best interests and not just a quick sale. He made sure we considered the long term picture and future sell-ability of our investment, and he was also able to make suggestions and even ballpark price estimates for the repairs and upgrades we would need to make in the houses we were considering.
