When selling or buying a home, it is important to have someone experienced to guide you through the process. Nikki works with buyers and sellers to help create goals, and develop a strategic marketing plan to turn those goals into reality. Nikki has been bringing buyers and sellers together since 2004.
Nikki began her Real Estate career when she obtained her license as a registered real estate appraiser (assistant real estate appraiser) in 2002 in Miami, Florida. In 2004, Nikki obtained her real estate sales license in Brevard County and became an Realtor with ERA Showcase, where she earned several awards including "The Producer's Club Award" each year.
Nikki has also earned an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked with the disabled, seniors, and veterans in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals throughout Florida, California, and Hawaii as a travel therapist. In 2019, Nikki decided to follow her passion and return to real estate where she is a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential in Brevard County. Nikki follows the concept of being a life-long student, and believes in continuous education to enhance her profession,. She is currently studying Spanish.
Nikki lives in North Brevard with her husband, who is an Engineer at the Kennedy Space Center. Together, they have raised their children here in Brevard. When Nikki is not selling real estate, she enjoys cooking, traveling, art shows, and spending time with her family at the beach.
