Nikki is one of the best Realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. I have used her for both personal and investment real estate transactions, buying and selling, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and hustles to get the best deal possible for you. Nikki would show me any property I wanted to see without hesitation, wether it was a $500k multifamily or a $150k "distressed" disaster. She saved several deals from falling through due to silly objections or shaky buyers and saw them through to the closing table. I typically cannot stand real estate agents and their fake personas, but Nikki is an exception; she is the real deal and doesn't blow smoke or play games.
