Nikki was very knowledgeable, she was able to get is into homes that we really wanted to see :) she was also extremely felixible with times we be able to get out and look. Nikki would send me a list of houses she thought we would like and my husband and I would eliminate ones we knew were a definite no so there was no time to waste, which I really thought was great!
