NIKKI ALSO KNEW THIS WOULD BE A DIFFICULT SALE AS IT WAS COUNTRY PROPERTY AND VERY OLD, BUT SHE FOUND THE PERFECT FAMILY TO TAKE OVER THIS PROPERTY WITH TWO HOMES AND 8 ACRES. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND NIKKI AS SHE IS A REAL GO GETTER, IN FACT I HAVE GIVEN NIKKI'S BUSINESS CARD TO A COUPLE OF OUR FRIENDS THAT ARE GETTING READY TO PUT THERE PROPERTY UP FOR SALE. Nikki was amazing from start to finish of our new house journey. I had begun searching for a home in Yuma and Redfin connected me to her. Within a few days I found one I loved but found out the owner had a previous offer fall through right before closing and they needed to close in 3 days. We decided to go for it, and Nikki was amazing every step of the way. Nikki said it was the fastest closing she’d ever done, and we were all under a lot of pressure. She was on top of all of the paperwork my mother and I needed to fill out, and communicated everything we needed.
