I can't express my feelings about Nikki Jutte so easily. I have never met anyone who does her job so carefully, meticulously and responsibly. She also has a quick and sharp mind that solves all problems immediately. I really admire her dedication.
NIKKI KNOWS HER BUSINESS AND HOW TO GET IT OUT THERE. SHE KEPT US UP TODATE, AND WENT WAY BEYOND THE CALL BY PROVIDING BUYERS WITH FINANCIAL INSTITUTES. NIKKI ALSO KNEW THIS WOULD BE A DIFFICULT SALE AS IT WAS COUNTRY PROPERTY AND VERY OLD, BUT SHE FOUND THE PERFECT FAMILY TO TAKE OVER THIS PROPERTY WITH TWO HOMES AND 8 ACRES. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND NIKKI AS SHE IS A REAL GO GETTER, IN FACT I HAVE GIVEN NIKKI'S BUSINESS CARD TO A COUPLE OF OUR FRIENDS THAT ARE GETTING READY TO PUT THERE PROPERTY UP FOR SALE. NIKKI IS A REAL PERSON AND MY HUSBAND AND I TRUELY ENJOYED NIKKI'S COMPANY WHEN SHE CAME OUT.
Nikki was amazing from start to finish of our new house journey. I had begun searching for a home in Yuma and Redfin connected me to her. Within a few days I found one I loved but found out the owner had a previous offer fall through right before closing and they needed to close in 3 days. We decided to go for it, and Nikki was amazing every step of the way. Nikki said it was the fastest closing she’d ever done, and we were all under a lot of pressure. She was on top of all of the paperwork my mother and I needed to fill out, and communicated everything we needed. She’s gone by the home a few times to help me with some things, as I’m currently in another state still. She is the best of the best and we only have the very best to say about her!
