Nikki helped the reviewer sell this property

Nikki was the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent I have used in 20+ transactions!

I have used dozens of real estate agents over the past 40 years of selling and buying many homes. I sold my recent home while living 1,000 miles from the house. Nikki used her great communication skills working the transaction from afar., She gave me good advice in preparing the home and it sold in a most reasonable time. Her insight on the market was amazing and she worked with some of my contractors to help prepare the house. She made this remote sell very easy for me! For all of this I am greatly appreciative and would recommend Nikki to anyone looking to buy or sell a home using her great skill set and professional approach.
