Professionalism was beyond what I thought a realtor would be like. She only had our best interests when it came to the details. We conversed by text and email. She even answered my texts while on vacation. Though I did try not to text her. Documents were by email. We made it more difficult for her as we live out of state. She never said it was an inconvenience. When it came to negotiation, her knowledge of what was necessary to make both parties happy, was comforting. This being the only house we have sold, i would recommend her to anyone. Especially if you live out of state. She was wonderful to work with.
