I met Niki Hicks at an open house. I explained what I was looking for in size, price and location. I was living out of state and was ready to put my home on the market. Niki sent me homes on a daily basis for me to look over and give my opinion. On my return to Summerville she showed us a home we were interested in and from then she took care of everything we needed. Niki is a professional and knowledgeable on all the ins and outs of purchasing a home and buying from out of state and on a contingency contract, I had to have confidence in her ability. She proved incredible with a daily update. She also was a pleasure to work with.

We had some difficulties working up to finally closing on our new home and Niki worked hard, even bringing her broker into it, to help resolve the issues to our satisfaction. She is professional, pleasant and honest! She also provided us with information and services that will be helpful once we move into our new home. Niki wasn’t just thinking about closing the deal and getting her commission check. She wanted us to be happy about our home purchase. I would highly recommend Niki and would use her again, although, hopefully we won’t be moving again anytime soon.
