Niki Hicks is the best realtor in Summerville ever. She was diligent in making sure my house was going to sell. She worked tirelessly and was not going to stop till it sold. My house was on the market for one year, she sold it in less than a hundred days, in a difficult neighborhood. The realtors who sold me that house did not do me any good they were horrible and did not listen to what I wanted. IF you need a real person to sell your house Niki is your person.
