Nik is knowledgeable and efficient. He communicates reliably, doesn't suddenly disappear on you the way some people do. He's warm and caring and solicitous, walking me through the process without laughing at how little I knew :-). Maybe he should become a life coach or a therapist! But no, he's too good at what he does, so real estate shouldn't lose him. He sold my house so fast I couldn't believe it, and he did it with flair. Call him. You'll be happy you did.
